Key Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service through patient education, documentation, and teamwork. Administer quality patient care by collaborating with healthcare team members, verifying orders, managing ventilators, performing airway management, and conducting arterial blood gas analysis. Educate patients, mentor staff and students, and assist with invasive and non-invasive procedures. Ensure a safe, high-quality environment by promoting accurate documentation, medication safety, evidence-based practices, and participating in performance improvement initiatives. Perform other duties as assigned, adhering to organizational policies and standards. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program with at least 20 quarter hours of science; associate’s degree required, bachelor’s preferred. 0-2 years of clinical experience, with a minimum of 6 months in critical care. Strong communication, critical thinking, assessment skills, and computer proficiency.
