## Job description

This role is for a Respiratory Therapist II working night shifts, primarily in critical care areas, responsible for delivering complex respiratory care, including ventilator management, medication administration, and airway procedures. Key responsibilities include assessing patients and collaborating with healthcare teams to develop care plans educating patients and mentoring staff and students ensuring safe, high-quality care through adherence to protocols, documentation, and performance improvement initiatives promoting a supportive team environment and patient safety Qualifications include an accredited respiratory therapy education with a minimum associate’s degree (bachelor’s preferred) 0-2 years of clinical experience, including critical care certifications such as Registered Respiratory Therapist, BLS, and ACLS strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills Additional duties involve supporting invasive and non-invasive procedures, participating in education, and complying with policies. The role offers sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.
