Key Responsibilities Provide compassionate patient care, education, and support to patients and families. Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans. Administer therapies, verify orders, and manage ventilators with independent decision-making. Mentor and precept new staff, students, and peers. Ensure compliance with safety standards, electronic documentation, and quality improvement initiatives. Participate in invasive and non-invasive procedures as needed. Qualifications & Skills Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy (preferred). Certifications: NBRC-RRT, Respiratory Care Professional, BLS, and ACLS. 0-2 years of clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care. Strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills.
