Provides patient and staff education, mentors new employees and students. Ensures safety and quality standards, promotes evidence-based practice, and participates in performance improvement initiatives. Supports a team-oriented, positive work environment and maintains compliance with policies and standards. Qualifications Minimum education: Associates or Bachelor's in Respiratory Therapy (preferred). Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and NBRC-RRT or RCP. Experience: 0-2 years with at least 6 months in critical care.
