They perform invasive and non-invasive procedures, interpret waveforms, and manage airway devices while ensuring patient safety and high-quality care. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive patient care, documentation, and education within a team-oriented environment Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement treatment plans Administer aerosolized medications, perform arterial blood gas analysis, and manage ventilators Mentor and educate patients, families, new staff, and students Maintain safety standards, promote evidence-based practices, and support quality improvement initiatives Assist in procedures such as intubations, extubations, and pulmonary testing as needed Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and certifications Qualifications & Skills Minimum 0-2 years of clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care Licensed with NBRC-RRT or RCP certification, with all other relevant licenses and certifications (BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP) required upon hire Strong communication, critical thinking, assessment, and computer skills Ability to establish collaborative relationships with healthcare professionals Additional Info: The role involves patient-centered care tailored to diverse needs, supporting professional development, and fostering a positive work environment.
