Collaborate with healthcare teams, educate patients and staff, and promote quality and safety standards. Support invasive and non-invasive procedures and participate in performance improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Minimum 0-2 years of clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care. Requires a Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy, NBRC-RRT or RCP certification, and current Basic Life Support, Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, and Neonatal Resuscitation Program certifications. Excellent communication, critical thinking, and relationship-building skills are essential. Familiarity with electronic medical records and databases is preferred.
