Promote a safe, high-quality environment through accurate documentation, adherence to safety protocols, and participation in performance improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with policies and standards of practice. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 0-2 years of clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and NBRC-RRT or RCP. Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in computer systems and databases. Preferred education: Bachelor's or Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy.
