Promote safe, high-quality care through accurate documentation, adherence to safety protocols, and participation in quality improvement initiatives. Support a positive team environment and provide education on population-specific needs. Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and professional conduct. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelors in Respiratory Therapy (preferred). Certifications: NBRC-RRT, Respiratory Care Professional, BLS, and ACLS (all required upon hire). 0-2 years clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care.
