Collaborate with healthcare team for care planning and patient education. Mentor and precept new staff, students, and peers. Ensure safety, quality, and compliance with policies and performance improvement initiatives. Participate in invasive/non-invasive procedures and pulmonary diagnostics where applicable. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelors in Respiratory Therapy preferred. Certifications: NBRC-RRT, Respiratory Care Professional, BLS, and ACLS required upon hire. 0-2 years clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care. Strong communication, critical thinking, and computer skills. Ability to work independently, make decisions, and provide excellent patient and team support.
