Innovation & Customer Care: Support staffing, monitor equipment, assist with staff training and education, and communicate educational needs. Professional Development: Stay current with patient care practices, identify learning needs, and promote process improvements. Quality & Safety: Conduct patient rounds, ensure high standards of respiratory care, and participate in quality, safety, and patient experience initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy (preferred). Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, NBRC-RRT, and RCP. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in critical care areas. Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills.
