Key Responsibilities Lead shift operations by analyzing patient needs, assigning tasks based on staff competencies, and facilitating interdisciplinary communication. Evaluate staff performance and provide clinical guidance, ensuring optimal patient outcomes and safety. Manage equipment inventory, support staffing needs, and assist with staff onboarding, training, and annual competencies. Maintain current knowledge of clinical practices, promote quality improvement, and participate in safety and customer service initiatives. Conduct patient rounds to assess care quality and implement corrective actions as needed. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelors in Respiratory Therapy (preferred). Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, and NBRC-RRT or RCP. Minimum of two years of clinical experience in critical care areas. Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills, with a focus on patient safety and quality care.
