Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality patient care with a team-oriented approach, fostering a positive work environment. Perform comprehensive patient assessments, collaborate on care planning, and administer aerosolized medications, oxygen therapy, and ventilator management. Manage airway devices, interpret waveforms, and conduct pulmonary diagnostic testing. Promote safety through accurate documentation, medication safety, and adherence to performance improvement initiatives. Support education for patients, staff, and students, contributing to staff development and evidence-based practices. Ensure compliance with policies, standards, and codes of conduct, and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program with a minimum of 20 science-related quarter hours. Associate's degree required; Bachelor's preferred. 0-2 years clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care. Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with computer systems and databases.
