Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service, documentation, and patient education. Perform patient assessments, collaborate with healthcare team, and verify orders. Administer aerosolized medications, manage ventilators, perform airway management, and analyze arterial blood gases. Educate patients, mentor new employees and students, and assist with invasive and non-invasive procedures. Ensure a safe, high-quality environment by promoting accurate charting, medication safety, and evidence-based practices. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and comply with organizational policies. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program with at least 20 quarter hours of science. Associate's Degree required; Bachelor's preferred. 0-2 years clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care. Effective communication, critical thinking, and computer skills.
