Provide education to patients, families, and staff, fostering a supportive environment and team collaboration. Participate in clinical procedures, staff development, and quality improvement activities. Comply with organizational policies, standards, and codes of conduct. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program with minimum science coursework; associate's degree required, bachelor's preferred. 0-2 years of clinical experience, including at least 6 months in critical care. Strong communication, critical thinking, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency with computer systems and databases.
