Educate patients, mentor new staff, and participate in procedures such as pulmonary testing and invasive/non-invasive interventions. Ensure a safe environment by promoting accurate documentation, medication safety, and performance improvement initiatives. Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize patient outcomes and support evidence-based practices. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of an accredited respiratory therapy program with an associate's or bachelor's degree. Must possess certifications including NBRC-RRT, RCP, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP. Clinical experience of 0-2 years with at least 6 months in critical care. Strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and computer skills are essential. Ability to adapt to population-specific needs and provide compassionate care.
