Role Description The Restaurant Partnerships Sales Rep – Tbilisi is a full-time remote role focused on acquiring and growing restaurant partners in Tbilisi and the wider region. In this role, the sales representative will identify and prospect potential restaurant clients, conduct online or phone-based product demos, and clearly communicate the value of e-restaurants’ reservation platform. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales pipeline, following up on leads, negotiating partnership terms, and closing new contracts. The role also involves maintaining strong ongoing relationships with partner restaurants, gathering feedback, and collaborating with internal teams to improve the partner experience. The ideal candidate will work independently, meet targets, and actively contribute to local market expansion. Qualifications Proven sales and business development skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals with small and medium-sized businesses. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities, with confidence in presenting solutions and negotiating agreements with restaurant decision-makers. Comfort working in a remote, fast-paced SaaS environment, with the ability to use CRM and digital tools to track activities and results. Knowledge of or interest in the restaurant, hospitality, or food service sector in Tbilisi and the surrounding region. Fluency in local language(s) and strong English skills; additional European languages are an advantage. Self-motivated, goal-oriented work style, with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets and manage time effectively. Previous experience in outbound sales, partnerships, or account management is highly beneficial. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in sales, business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
