Main Duties and Responsibilities: Is responsible for shift in F&B Outlet Provides efficient, prompt, trouble free, courteous and quality food& beverage service to the guests; Maintains responsibility for the setting up and cleanliness of entire outlet Maintains and develops good relationships with the customers. Maintains thorough knowledge of outlet inventory and menu knowledge Responsible for all outlet Par stock and requisitions Focuses on all aspects of profit performance Goes beyond standards measures of performance Personal requirements: Possess a good level of English – both orally and written Leadership skills Enthusiastic, organized and team player Eye for detail and ability to cope with stress Food and beverage Knowledge Up selling & revenue orientated Active with relationships with customers, employees and suppliers Sheraton Batumi Hotel opened in 2010 is the first international 5 star branded hotel in Adjara region.
