## Job description

We are recruiting a Retail Director for a leading luxury retail group . Based in Tbilisi, our client operates Georgia's premier luxury department store- ranked among the Best Fashion Stores in the World by BusinessOfFashion-, complemented by an outlet, and a luxury boutique hotel. Representing an exceptional portfolio of international luxury brands (Alaia, Cartier, Bottega Veneta, The Row, Saint Laurent…), the company combines world-class retail standards with a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and is entering an exciting new phase of expansion. About the Role: Reporting directly to the CEO, the Retail Director will: Recruit, train, lead and assess a multicultural team of 25 staff members Guarantee an exceptional in-store experience while ensuring compliance with brands standards (VM, Operations, service) Monitor KPIs, and leverage CRM data to enhance Customer retention and sales growth Act as a Brand Ambassador: grow the clients portfolio, and represent the brand during high-profile events Personally manage key Client relationships (VICs and VIPs) Participate in the Marketing and e-commerce strategy Oversee daily administrative and back-office operations Analyze performance reports, providing insights to Top management Profile: Higher education Proven leadership experience in luxury retail, within the Fashion & Accessories segment Demonstrated experience in coaching, developing and training large retail teams Excellent command of English ; knowledge of additional languages is a plus A strong cultural awareness and genuine interest in fashion Tech savvy Strong customer focus with a business-oriented mindset Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills Contract: Permanent, full time If you are interested in this opportunity, please send us applications in English.
