## Job description

Experienced Retention Agents Location: Tbilisi, Georgia Our client is expanding its international operation in Tbilisi, Georgia , and is looking for experienced Retention Agents to join a dynamic and fast-growing team. Open Positions Dutch Speakers – Dutch Market German Speakers – Swiss & Austrian Markets Japanese Speakers – Japanese Market Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Maximize client retention and increase lifetime value. Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services. Provide professional support while delivering an outstanding client experience. Achieve individual and team performance targets. Maintain accurate records of all client interactions within the CRM system. Stay informed about company products, promotions, and market developments. Requirements Minimum 1 year of Retention experience in the FX, CFD, Crypto Industry. Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch, German, or Japanese, depending on the position. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Strong objection-handling and closing abilities. Results-driven with a passion for sales and client relationship management. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment. Positive attitude, professionalism, and a strong work ethic.
