💫iGaming group of companies is looking for a **Retention Manager**
**Requirements:**
- 2+ years of experience in retention, CRM, or lifecycle marketing roles;
- Experience in segmentation, customer journey mapping, and lifecycle communication;
- Background in industries such as e-commerce, iGaming, fintech, SaaS, or mobile apps is a strong plus;
- Experience in drafting and conducting marketing activities for player retention and return;
- Knowledge and ability to calculate the economy of the basic mechanics of bonuses, tournaments, lotteries, daily quests;
- Strong English skills, with ability to write and communicate briefs and tasks;
- Experience with client segmentation, preferably RFM;
- Knowledge of marketing and niche metrics: CvR, Margin, LTV, ARPU, RR, GGR, NGR, etc.;
- Understanding of basic approaches to A/B testing and hypothesis testing to optimize marketing activities;
- Experience working with analytics tools: GA, Tableau, Power BI, Google Data Studio;
- Knowledge of market and competitor analysis methods
