Our team is responsible for identifying emerging risks, monitoring customer activity, and implementing measures that ensure a secure, compliant, and trusted environmen t.As a Risk Analy st, you will investigate suspicious activity, detect fraud patterns, minimize financial risk, and support compliance initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to protecting customers, strengthening operational resilience, and driving the long-term success of the busines s. 📌 Key Responsibilit iesMonitor transactions and customer activity to detect suspicious patterns and potential fra ud.Investigate suspicious accounts, payment disputes, and transaction irregulariti es.Perform risk assessments on new and existing customers to identify potential ris ks.Escalate complex cases and collaborate with internal stakeholders to support investigations and ensure complian ce.Support the Customer Support team in resolving fraud-related cas es.Analyze fraud trends and recommend improvements to fraud prevention process es.Document investigation findings, maintain accurate case records, and prepare reports for internal stakeholders and regulatory requiremen ts. 📌 Require mentsPrevious experience in fraud prevention, risk analysis, AML, compliance, or a related f ield.Strong analytical and investigative skills with the ability to interpret data and identify anoma lies.Experience using fraud detection and monitoring t ools.Ability to manage multiple investigations simultaneously while meeting deadl ines.High attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and decision-making sk ills.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional t eam s. ⭐️ Be nefits:18 non-service delivery days pe r year;Birthday presents from the c ompany;Compensation for English and Greek language classes (partially paid by the Company after 3 months of s ervice)
