The Role We are looking for a Risk Manager to help monitor, measure, and manage risks across our actively managed funds. Working alongside senior leadership and within an established framework, you will help track key metrics, run scenario tests, and prepare core risk reports for management and regulatory partners. If you have a strong foundation in financial analysis or risk management and want to grow within a dynamic investment firm, this role is a great fit. Key Responsibilities Risk Monitoring & Analysis: Help track daily market, credit, liquidity, and operational risks across fund portfolios. Limits & Stress Testing: Monitor fund limits against investment guidelines and run stress tests to evaluate NAV and liquidity under different market scenarios. Framework & Controls: Support the team in keeping risk documentation updated and assist with internal control processes. Operational Risk & Compliance: Assist with Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) and help gather data for National Bank of Georgia (NBG) reporting and capital adequacy checks. Reporting: Prepare straightforward risk dashboards and periodic updates for the Investment Committee and management team. Qualifications 1–3 years of experience in risk management, financial analysis, or audit (within financial services, banking, or investment handling). Solid grounding in core risk concepts (market, credit, liquidity, and operational risk). Comfortable working with data in Excel . Strong written and spoken English skills. High attention to detail, strong work ethic, and analytical mindset. Bonus Points (Nice to have, but not required): Familiarity with National Bank of Georgia (NBG) regulatory framework or local fund structures. Experience with Python or AI research tools.
