Serve as a preceptor or mentor, uphold professional standards, and contribute to research and performance initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Minimum 2 years of direct patient care nursing experience. Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Proficiency in clinical technology, critical thinking, and time management. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments and respond to emergencies calmly and decisively.
