They ensure safe and effective care by performing the nursing process, partnering with patients and families, and adhering to clinical standards. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, care planning, implementation, and evaluation. Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity. Partner with patients and families through effective communication and education. Coordinate safe, quality care within a collaborative team, supporting performance improvement and research initiatives. Serve as a preceptor or mentor to foster a skilled nursing workforce. Promote evidence-based practice, participate in data collection, and uphold organizational policies and safety standards. Support resource management and develop care protocols in collaboration with the healthcare team. Qualifications & Skills Minimum two years of direct patient care nursing experience. Licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) with current certification (single-state or multi-state compact). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire. Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills.
