## Job description

Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse collaborates within an interdisciplinary team to provide individualized, high-quality, safe patient care in a clinical setting. They operate under the guidance of Nurse Managers and adhere to evidence-based practices, professional standards, and organizational policies. Core Responsibilities Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and evidence-based standards. Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations, involving patients and families in care planning. Coordinate safe, quality care through effective interdisciplinary communication and documentation. Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and shared governance to enhance patient outcomes. Act as a preceptor or mentor to foster professional development and a positive work environment. Promote evidence-based practice, participate in clinical research, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Plan and support resource utilization across the care continuum, contributing to protocol development and quality metrics. Qualifications & Skills Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma; Bachelor’s preferred. Valid RN license (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification. Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills. Proficiency in technology, critical thinking, and time management; ability to respond effectively in fast-paced environments. Additional Requirements: All certifications required upon hire; ability to operate within organizational policies and standards.
