## Job description

Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care based on evidence-based practices, ensuring individualized treatment that respects cultural diversity. Key Responsibilities Perform nursing processes including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Partner with patients and families to set goals and deliver personalized care through effective communication and relationship-building. Coordinate and document safe clinical care, fostering teamwork and a respectful, inclusive environment. Participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives. Serve as a preceptor or mentor to support professional development and maintain a qualified workforce. Develop protocols, support resource management, and ensure compliance with policies, standards, and certifications. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor of Nursing (preferred). Valid RN license (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification. Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills. Proficient in using technology and clinical documentation tools. Additional Requirements: Ability to respond effectively in fast-paced environments, uphold ethical standards, and demonstrate professionalism in all duties.
