## Job description

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care as part of an interdisciplinary team, practicing in a clinical environment guided by evidence-based standards and organizational models. Responsibilities: Conducts comprehensive assessments, develops individualized care plans, and delivers evidence-based interventions. Partners with patients and families to ensure effective communication and cultural sensitivity. Coordinates care delivery, documents accurately, and promotes a respectful, collaborative environment. Supports performance improvement initiatives, mentors staff, and participates in research activities. Contributes to protocol development and resource management to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications And Skills Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree (preferred). Current RN license (single-state or multi-state Compact) and BLS certification. Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience. Proficiency in English, strong interpersonal and teamwork skills, ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings, and proficient with clinical technology and basic computer skills. Critical thinking, time management, and emergency response skills are essential. Additional Requirements: Upholds professional standards, complies with policies, and demonstrates a commitment to quality and safety in healthcare delivery.
