Coordinate and document safe, quality care while fostering teamwork, respect, and inclusivity. Support performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives. Participate in protocol development and resource management to optimize patient outcomes. Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
