Contribute to protocol development and resource management to enhance patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 2 years direct patient care nursing experience. Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred. Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and customer service skills. Excellent time management, critical thinking, and proficiency with clinical technology.
