Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation using critical thinking and evidence-based practices. Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care that respects cultural diversity and involves patients and families through effective communication methods. Coordinate safe, quality care through interdisciplinary communication, timely documentation, and fostering a respectful, inclusive environment. Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practice activities, including protocol development and data collection. Mentor and serve as a preceptor to foster workforce development and professional growth. Ensure compliance with policies, standards, legal, regulatory, and accreditation requirements, such as TJC Patient Safety Goals. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelors preferred). Current RN license (single or multi-state Compact) and BLS certification. Experience in direct patient care preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies with professionalism.
