## Job description

We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Acute Care - Ortho Surgical to join a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, diagnoses, planning, implementation, and evaluation based on evidence-based practices. Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making to achieve optimal outcomes. Coordinate and document safe, high-quality care while fostering teamwork and collaboration within interdisciplinary teams. Contribute to performance improvement initiatives, promote evidence-based research, and participate in data collection and protocol development. Serve as a preceptor or mentor to support professional development and ensure a competent future workforce. Adhere to all organizational, legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards, including health and safety goals. Qualifications And Skills Minimum of 5 years of RN experience, with direct patient care preferred. Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required upon hire. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (Bachelor's preferred). Strong communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and time management skills. Proficiency in clinical technology, documentation, and emergency response. Additional Information Role involves working night shift in a supportive and professional environment.
