Deliver relationship-based, culturally sensitive care tailored to patient-specific needs. Partner with patients and families via effective communication methods, ensuring patient goals are central to care planning. Coordinate safe, quality care through timely documentation and collaboration with healthcare team members. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practice activities. Mentor and serve as a preceptor for staff and students, supporting workforce development. Support resource-efficient care, assist in protocol development, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and safety standards. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (preferred). Current RN license (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification. Minimum five years of RN experience, preferably with direct patient care in acute settings. Strong communication, teamwork, critical thinking, and time management skills. Proficiency in technology and clinical documentation.
