Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and shared decision-making. Coordinate and document safe, quality care, fostering teamwork and collaboration within the healthcare team. Support performance improvement initiatives, participate in research, and uphold organizational policies and safety standards. Serve as a preceptor or mentor to promote professional development and sustain a qualified workforce. Engage in evidence-based practice, data collection, and protocol development to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (Bachelor’s preferred). Valid RN license (Single State or Multi-state Compact) and BLS certification. Minimum of 5 years RN experience, with direct patient care experience preferred.
