## Job description

Role: Registered Nurse providing high-quality patient care within a supportive, patient-centered environment. Responsibilities Include Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care in collaboration with the care team. Monitoring patient conditions, ensuring safety, and documenting assessments and interventions. Serving as a patient advocate, addressing concerns, and educating patients and families. Participating in performance improvement initiatives and supporting organizational standards. Fostering professional growth through ongoing education, mentorship, and adherence to best practices. Supporting shared governance and contributing to a positive work environment. Qualifications Associates or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (preferred). Current RN license and certifications including BLS; multi-state licensure preferred. Experience in nursing and skills in patient assessment, communication, and teamwork. Commitment to professional development and quality improvement.
