Advocate for patients, address concerns, and educate patients and families on health issues. Participate in performance improvement initiatives and contribute ideas for process enhancements. Maintain professional licensure, certifications, and pursue ongoing professional growth. Mentor colleagues, promote a positive work environment, and uphold professional standards and confidentiality. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (preferred); Licensure as an RN with required certifications such as BLS. Multistate RN license or single-state license, with all certifications current upon hire. Strong communication, critical thinking, and collaboration skills. Commitment to professional development and quality improvement. Additional Duties: Support organizational policies, participate in shared governance, and assist in recruiting efforts.
