## Job description

Role Overview: The position involves providing compassionate, skilled patient care as an LPN within a dynamic, multi-facility support team. The role emphasizes flexibility, variety, and making a positive impact across diverse units, supporting healthcare teams, and enhancing patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality patient care under RN supervision, including assessments, procedures, and interventions. Collaborate with care teams to ensure seamless treatment and communicate patient condition changes. Educate patients and families on self-care and safety practices, reporting safety concerns proactively. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in team huddles to facilitate effective communication. Engage in ongoing training, professional development, and contribute to team projects for continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent and current LPN licensure in the relevant state. Minimum of 3+ years recent experience in medical-surgical or acute care nursing. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association. Strong clinical assessment skills, organization, communication, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
