## Job description

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is an integral part of an interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care in a clinical setting guided by evidence-based practices and organizational models. Responsibilities Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Delivering relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations and cultural backgrounds. Partnering with patients and families through effective communication and education, promoting transparency and shared goals. Coordinating and documenting safe care delivery while fostering teamwork, collaboration, and a respectful clinical environment. Participating in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives. Supporting resource management and protocol development to enhance care quality and efficiency. Mentoring colleagues and maintaining professional competency through ongoing education. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred. Active RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required. Minimum of 5 years of RN experience, preferably in direct patient care. Strong communication, critical thinking, and time management skills. Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments, respond to emergencies, and utilize technology efficiently.
