## Job description

Role Overview The Registered Nurse provides high-quality nursing care within a patient care team, serving as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers. They assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring safety, confidentiality, and adherence to professional standards. Key Responsibilities Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, assisting with care plans and prioritizing patient flow. Deliver safe, effective care aligned with policies and document all assessments and interventions accurately. Advocate for patients and families, addressing concerns, providing education, and ensuring satisfaction. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, contributing ideas for enhancing patient outcomes and staff satisfaction. Maintain professional licenses, certifications, and pursue ongoing development and leadership growth. Mentor and support colleagues, fostering a positive work environment and promoting the nursing profession. Adhere to organizational policies, standards, and shared governance principles. Qualifications & Skills Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (preferred). Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required. Strong communication, clinical judgment, and teamwork skills.
