Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required), BSN preferred. RN license (single state or multi-state), BLS and ACLS certifications (required). 2+ years recent Med Surg experience and proficiency with computer data entry. Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and technological skills, with ability to remain calm under pressure.
