Key Responsibilities Manage the nursing process from assessment to evaluation to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Establish meaningful relationships with patients and families, respecting their values and care goals. Foster teamwork and contribute to a respectful, safe environment. Participate in performance improvement projects, research, and shared governance. Lead and apply evidence-based practices, supporting patient safety and system enhancements. Proactively plan care across the patient journey, shaping protocols to improve experiences and reduce readmissions. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required); BSN preferred. Active RN license (single state or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications (required). Minimum of 2 years recent Med Surg experience and experience with data entry. Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is preferred. Strong interpersonal, communication, and technical skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office. Ability to remain calm under pressure, demonstrate critical thinking, and manage time effectively.
