## Job description

Join a high-impact nursing team as a Med Surg RN, supporting multiple campuses with a focus on compassionate, personalized care. Key Responsibilities Include Managing the full nursing process from assessment to evaluation to ensure evidence-based outcomes. Building strong connections with patients and families, respecting their values and care goals. Promoting teamwork, creating a respectful environment, and participating in performance improvement projects. Leading in applying research, continuous improvement, and patient safety initiatives. Planning care proactively, shaping protocols, and ensuring efficient resource use. Qualifications And Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Valid RN license (single state or multi-state). BLS and ACLS certifications required; national specialty certification preferred. Minimum of 2 years recent Med Surg experience with proficiency in computer data entry. Familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus. Strong interpersonal, communication, critical thinking, and time management skills. Ability to stay calm under pressure and make evidence-based decisions.
