## Job description

Role Overview: This position is for an experienced Med Surg RN supporting a high-impact, multi-campus care team in a night shift role. The RN will deliver personalized, evidence-based care, build meaningful patient connections, and drive top clinical outcomes. Key Responsibilities Own the nursing process from assessment to evaluation, ensuring personalized and evidence-based care. Foster respectful and collaborative team environments, contribute to performance improvement, research, and shared governance initiatives. Lead in applying evidence-based practices, participate in decision-making, and support patient safety and continuous improvement efforts. Plan resource utilization effectively across the patient care journey, shaping protocols to enhance patient experience and reduce readmissions. Qualifications & Skills Required: Graduate of an accredited nursing program, RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, ACLS, and 2+ years Med Surg experience. Preferred: BSN degree, national certification in specialty, familiarity with Epic and 3M systems, experience with computer data entry. Must-have skills include excellent interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic tech tools, and ability to remain calm under pressure. Strong critical thinking, time management, and commitment to evidence-based practice are essential. Ideal Candidate: A dedicated, compassionate RN who values teamwork, continuous learning, and making a meaningful difference in patient care.
