## Job description

Seeking an experienced Med Surg RN to join a high-impact, multi-campus care team supporting a leading healthcare system. Key Responsibilities Include Delivering personalized, evidence-based nursing care from assessment to evaluation, ensuring optimal patient outcomes. Building meaningful connections with patients and families, respecting their values and care goals. Collaborating within a respectful team environment, contributing to performance improvement and shared governance initiatives. Mentoring fellow nurses through ongoing education and competency assessments. Leading in applying evidence-based practices and participating in patient care decisions. Proactively managing resources and care planning to enhance patient experiences and reduce readmissions. Qualifications And Skills Required Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred. Valid RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications. Minimum of 2 years recent Med Surg experience with proficiency in computer data entry; familiarity with Epic and 3M systems is a plus. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
