Responsibilities Provide comprehensive nursing care from assessment to evaluation, ensuring personalized, evidence-based outcomes. Establish strong relationships with patients and families, respecting their values and care goals. Engage in performance improvement projects, research, and shared governance forums. Mentor and guide fellow nurses and interdisciplinary team members through ongoing education and competency assessments. Lead the implementation of evidence-based practices, participate in patient safety initiatives, and support system improvements. Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required); BSN preferred. RN license (required), BLS and ACLS certifications (required).
