Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program (required); BSN preferred. Current RN license (single state or multi-state), BLS, and ACLS certifications (required). Minimum of 2+ years recent Med Surg experience and proficiency with computer data entry. Strong interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Comfort with Microsoft Office and basic technology tools; experience with Epic and 3M systems preferred.
