Archtrade as a package contractor is acting in following disciplines of the civil construction: o Façade contractor: 20 years’ experience in the design and build of the building envelope various systems. o Fit out contractor: 120.000 m² of the different type of fit out works o FF&E contractor: Number of the fulfilled prestigious projects in Georgia The company incorporates and develops the latest technologies into its construction methods and project delivery processes to find the best way to meet specific project goals. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role in Georgia, Tbilisi for a Construction Work Manager. Full supervision of the entire apartment renovation process; Organization, coordination, and daily management of renovation teams; Monitoring the quality, deadlines, and compliance with technological processes; Ensuring compliance with technical requirements and established methodological standards; Planning work stages and monitoring their execution; Controlling the proper use of required materials and resources; Effective communication with clients, contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders involved in the project; Timely identification of issues and ensuring appropriate solutions; Inspection of completed works and final quality control.
