Sales Agent

Role: Sales agent Location: Akaki Beliashvili St, Tbilisi, Georgia (on site). Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM U.S. Eastern Time (4 PM - 1 AM in Tbilisi; 5 PM - 2 AM during U.S. winter). Salary: 2200 GEL per month + 10% commission. Total potential earnings: Up to GEL 6,000+ per month. What you will do Make 100+ outbound calls per day to new prospects in the U.S. Stay informed about the auto transport market, Work with the sales team to reach monthly and quarterly sales targets. Use the company CRM to log calls, track leads, schedule follow-ups, and maintain updated client information. Build long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering the right transport solutions. What you need Self-motivated, persistent, and goal-driven. - (Very important!) Strong work ethic and high motivation; comfortable making 100+ outbound calls a day in a fast-paced environment. Good accent in English (B2-C1 we are looking for a people that can confidently speak ) Sales experience is an advantage: (about 1 year in any sales role is a plus) .
