CIC Georgia offers ongoing technical support throughout the learning journey to ensure a smooth study experience. Programs lead to British-accredited diplomas, giving graduates globally recognized qualifications and enhancing international career opportunities. Role Description The Sales Manager (Intern) role is a remote paid internship focused on supporting the growth of CIC Georgia’s programs and enrollments. On a day-to-day basis, the intern will identify prospective learners, conduct outreach via digital channels, and respond to inquiries about courses and diplomas. The role includes presenting program benefits, guiding potential applicants through the admissions process, and maintaining accurate records of leads and conversions in the CRM or tracking tools. The intern will collaborate with marketing and academic teams to align sales efforts with promotional campaigns and student support initiatives, and will prepare basic reports on sales activities and performance. Qualifications Sales and customer engagement skills, including relationship building, needs assessment, and consultative communication. Basic marketing and digital outreach abilities, such as using social media, email, and online platforms to attract prospective learners. Organizational and administrative skills, including accurate data entry, CRM usage, and follow-up tracking. Strong verbal and written communication skills in Georgian language; a minimum B2 level of English is required. Comfort working remotely with reliable internet access and the ability to manage time and priorities independently. Interest in education, professional development, or international study programs; prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus but not required. Currently studying or recently graduated in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred. CIC Georgia offers flexible hours; no fixed schedule required, the focus is on results only. Fixed commission for each course sold, plus a fixed monthly salary. The training period is 2 weeks.
