No micromanagement here you take full ownership of the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing the deal. What You’ll Do Every Day: Always on the Move (Field Sales): Spend about 70% of your time face-to-face with hotel managers, pitching Conciergia Solutions. Lead Generation (Cold to Hot): Hustle through cold calls and cold visits, attend events, and synergize with our marketing team to keep the pipeline full. Relationship Building: Be the face of Conciergia in Georgia, attend industry events, and build deep, trusting relationships with hospitality pros. Closing Deals: Handle incoming leads and magically convert them into happy, paying customers. Market Insights: Keep the management team in the loop with fresh, on-the-ground market research. What You Need to Succeed (Requirements): Killer Communication Skills: You’re not afraid to pick up the phone or walk into a lobby. Objection handling is your superpower. Location & Mobility: Based in Georgia (Tbilisi, major cities, seaside, or mountain regions) and ready to travel extensively across the country. Languages: Native fluency in Georgian and an Advanced level of English. Experience: A proven track record and solid skills in active sales. Bonus Points: Experience in TravelTech (PMS, Channel Managers, Booking Software, or other hospitality SaaS) is a massive plus!
