Abashidze Street Employment Type: Full-time Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00; Two Saturdays or Sundays per month, 11:00 to 15:30 Compensation: Fixed salary plus monthly bonuses Apart Development is a leading real estate development company specializing in residential and commercial projects in Georgia. As the company continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated, professional, and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. Main Responsibilities: Ensure full compliance with the company’s service standards and maintain a thorough understanding of ongoing projects. Identify and contact potential clients, assess their needs, and provide tailored offers based on project availability and customer preferences. Plan, organize, and conduct client meetings and project presentations. Arrange and conduct site visits with interested buyers. For international clients, provide photos, videos, and detailed information about the property. Develop and propose effective strategies to improve sales performance. Coordinate interior layout modifications with architects and designers based on client preferences. Analyze the personal sales portfolio and prepare relevant reports. Maintain, regularly update, and manage the customer database. Prepare sales-related documentation and support the contract signing process. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and build long-term loyalty among existing and potential clients. Qualifications and Requirements: Bachelor’s degree. High-level proficiency in English and Russian is required. Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales or a similar sales position. Strong knowledge of MS Office. Experience with CRM software will be considered an advantage. Key Skills and Personal Attributes: Strong sense of responsibility and organization. Ability to quickly adapt and learn new concepts.
